    This USB C to USB 3 adapter is the solution to my problem. The problem is a few old thumb drives and CD drives still wanting to connect with USB 3 to my new computer with few USB 3 ports. This adapter is ideal for me. There are two and the package they come in acts as storage since the plastic is openable from the front. Makes them easy to find and store. I could easily lose them if I had to rely on any other system. Ive tried them with thumb drives and they work as advertised. Anker is a quality manufacturer and I recommend them highly.
