One side does have a plastic cover (but not sealed like an RS would) and they spin for days, which is what you want for a fidget spinner. I would probably only use these for spinners and other 3D model projects, not outdoor applications like skateboards since they are not sealed.

These look just like skateboard bearings as I have several skateboards, and have used skateboard bearings to repair my central A/C units gas off fan. But these would be the correct bearing for a fan motor.
