    We had a 6,000 BTU window air conditioner that started making noise, turned out the to be the fan bearing. Ordered these as replacement. Perfect fit but found two of the ten bearings were bad and made the same grinding noise. Regardless, we only needed two bearings so we got it fixed and running quietly again.

    I replaced the bearings in a 12 year old window a/c unit that was making serious noise, now it works like new again. These look just like skateboard bearings as I have several skateboards, and have used skateboard bearings to repair my central A/C units gas off fan. But these would be the correct bearing for a fan motor.
