The product was defective. Condition confirmed by apple support. This was my second apple iPad Pro that I purchased in the last two years that had major quality issues. Switching to android.

Happy wife, happy life! iPad works great, Sprint/T-Mobile on the other hand STINKS! We also purchased the Apple cover keyboard. They compliment each other and should be offered as a combo at a discount on Amazon.

As a previous Kindle 10 user, I went through 3 Kindles in less than 2 years. They just up and die, so I bit the bullet and went Ipad 11 pro. So far, this has been a dreamy joy to use. So crisp and beautiful colors! Vivid and clean makes it easy on my eyes.

Just got my IPad pro 11 inches today, this review is about watching live music with quality sound on YouTube using my QC 35 ll and Airpods pro on EQ setting to Late Night. I like Late night setting because its lauder and I can hear the clear sound of each instrument.Im not satisfied with the sound of IPad pro ... its like listening to music on AM FM transistor radio.. its terrible... My 2017 IPad 9.7 has way better sound, I give iPad pro slightly better resolution and speed ... this M1 is going back and to all IPad pro owners give me a reply if you agree or disagree about my review .. i want to read your own honest review about the sound using a noise cancellation headphone.... THANKS

Very smooth 120hz motion, a clear, true color image, and a future capable M1 chip (hopefully).

Save your money and get last year’s model! I’m the type that gets a new iPad each year. This is the first time I feel like pumping the brakes. The hardware is now complete overkill and the only real selling point from Apple. Software needs at least 3 years to start catching up. Even iOS 15 isn’t ready for this new iPad.

Above, did not buy, will look at the 12.9 and if similar complaints are there, will stick with my five year old pro.

When it first came it was damaged the case clearly got cut I was worried about the possibilities there were to a damaged cut but when I opened it, it clearly was not damaged I was surprised but I have used it for a month now and its great love all the details and features just a bit sad that I could not use my old charger but its fine they gave me a charger for the iPad thats all I had to say

I recently received this iPad as a Christmas gift and I have nothing but positive things to say. The design looks excellent and very sleek. It is also very light to hold in my hand or using while im doing work, emailing, texting, or even watching tv! I wanted this device as another took to have for school work mainly, but it is able to do so much more than that. It has a really bright and fast display so it is easy to write assignments and emails, and use it for personal stuff like playing games, watching tv, and talking to friends. The picture and video quality is also excellent! the rear camera takes very clear, professional photos and the front camera is great for FaceTime and Zoom calls for classes or work. Overall, this device is extremelly versatile and I am extremely happy that I have it for daily use! Im looking forward to seeing what else this device can do.
