So far it has been fine

I have very small hands but I liked the use of the iPad. My next one will be the iPad mini because of its size. But it’s true functionality is very smooth with the most current software available from Apple. A must have iPad.

I bought it because I already had iPad Air but I wanted more memory as mine was only a 16GB This is a little smaller but I bought one with128 GB and it is great I can load games and videos for kids plus take all the pictures I want I am please with color and battery life ! It was a good purchase for me

I have several iPads, iPods, iPhone, etc. This refurbished iPad is indistinguishable from new, including packaging, accessories, etc. Its a good buy.

This is my second refurbished iPad. The first was excellent, not from this company, but very good, just a small nick here and there. This new one looked brand new. It was extremely well packaged, it worked flawlessly out of the and it performs much better than my 2nd generation iPad. When its time to upgrade again in a couple of years, Ill be back. Very pleased with my purchase.

This ipad works great. Everything functions the way it should and no scratches or defects.

Purchased as a gift for a family member based on the reviews here stating it looked and functioned like new. So far that has been our experience, too. The packaging was terrific, too, making it suitable for gift-giving on all levels. Bought the 4-year protection plan to be in the safe side, but so far this device is great!

I bought this iPad because it has lots of storage space and my previous one kept running out. It works really well and seems to be an excellent quality of the picture and the battery life. Every now and then I get a screen that seems to flicker in a strange way or I have a hard time getting it to recognize my finger as I’m scrolling through. This seems to be intermittent and not a real problem. I bought it refurbished so I expect that there might be a few little buggy things about it. But overall for the price I find the quality to be awesome and I love having a ton of extra space so that I can download pictures, apps, and updates. I do recommend this iPad. I use it every day for news, YouTube, social media, email, and surfing the web.
