Functions well, just wasn’t happy with the packaging and presentation of it. Definitely felt like I was giving a refurbished gift.

Arrived on time. Is a refurb in perfect working condition. No scratches or defects. Works great. Was so over my iPad 2. Great price.

Purchased as a gift for a family member based on the reviews here stating it looked and functioned like new. So far that has been our experience, too. The packaging was terrific, too, making it suitable for gift-giving on all levels. Bought the 4-year protection plan to be in the safe side, but so far this device is great!

They did not delete The original owners Apple ID so it was useless I returned it for a refund and it took two weeks to get my money back . Buyers BEWARE!

My daughter loved it

Received yesterday and returned the next day. Old Apple ID was still on device, couldnt do anything with it. Will buy new next time and not have to try to get it to work. Am surprised they dont reset everything on the device before sending out to a new customer.
