Very unhappy. Yes, I did take the cheaper route and ordered a refurbished ipad for my son for his birthday. What can I say, times are tough. Not happy when he came across the beginning process of setup and it reports its managed by some school in FLORIDA. We could not access the app school as it was restricted. Many features including podcasts are not accessible. I’m so utterly disappointed. Never again.

I purchased this for my grandson. He needed his own device and we are an apple product family. Good value for the money, thus far. The only problem is the charger stopped working 3 days after we got it. It wasn’t an original charger and very cheap. Now I have to buy him one.

ipad was delivered in a box, looking new.After plugging it up, it came on immediately. After putting my Apple ID and setting up my wifi information,everything appeared ok. after about 10 minutes the screen went black and the home button became unresponsive. I packed it up and returned it.

Bought for grandson n he loves it. Nice size for an 8 year old, good screen picture. Love it

I dislike everything about this purchase

Had a slight discoloration in one tiny spot on the screen but hardly noticable at all. Other than that it arrived in perfect condition and has been working really well! Really happy with this purchase!

Great quality and price

it’s basically brand new and saved me a lot of money. i love it. & the model isn’t old bcuz it’s up to date on all system updates such as new emojis and certain apps

Battery Life, and value for the money (refurbished model) no complaints at al, however the touch response a little slow.

The iPads volume up is so sensitive just sliding near it increases the volume to max.
