No concerns at all with this product. I got a refurbished iPad at a super low price. My son will never know the difference. Very pleased with this product. Would purchase again. My son uses mostly only for gaming and it keeps up with him. No lagging at all. Now my nephew wants one.

I have always doubted refurbished items but needed a new iPad in a hurry and this was available next day! So I took the chance and let me just say it was so worth the $$ saving! Works like it is brand new!

I can understand it’s refurbished & you get what you paid for ! The volume button don’t work & I cannot hear anything I literally tried everything still no sound

Got this as a gift for my sons birthday, and its incredible! Hes sitting here right now playing Apex on it. No lag, super quick. Battery life is awesome. Couldnt be happier with this purchase!! Theres no signs that its not brand new. Absolutely love it!

Would not work with apple pen

Battery dies quick, resolution is great, nice camera, good storage. It was for my daughter so holds tons of apps she downloads. Does not run slow. Only thing I dislike is that battery life
