As a refurbished product, this device was as expected. Came with a screen protector and thin case which is a nice added touch.

Thing stopped charging after 90 days dont waiste your money.

Can’t even tell this is a refurbished product; not a dang scratch on it. The charge port is a little tight/stiff, but works perfectly. So happy with the purchase at less than half the price!

Looks almost brand new.

I was a little sceptical at first about buying a refurbished piece of electronics because I have heard some horror stories. I decided to take the risk and do it and I am so glad I did. I’ve had zero issues with this iPad. I love it. And you can’t beat the price. I received it in absolutely impeccable condition. The charger isn’t an Apple charger but the one I received works perfectly. I would most definitely buy another one of these from this company.

I purchased two of the refurbished units. I’ve been trying to migrate to an alternative to the big M but could not really afford the new editions. Since we weren’t sure if we would like them, it made sense to try a more affordable option first. I am pleased with the units we received and feel the value to price was good. The vendor was very prompt in sending them. All around, very good experience.

Battery doesn’t stay charged as long as I thought that it was overall the iPad is a great iPad

Constant boot loops almost from the beginning and then stopped opening apps all together. Now it’s stuck in recovering mode and I’ve only had it since May.
