Wouldn’t download the software update

Really nice tablet

I ordered this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it and plays it all day every day. He always tells me how much he loves it. <3

product was DOA, screen only partially turned on and only displayed lines across it. complete garbage non-working. AVOID BUYING!! no signs this is a refurb, instead it looks like a defective unit that was just resold as refurbished. total scam and was susposed to be a birthday gift for my son.

Be careful while purchasing the iPad I ordered came with a passcode set.

The words & colors seem faded. Not sharp & clear like it should be. I’m not completely happy with it

I pad arrived broken. Screen was cracked.

I brought this for both of my daughters for Christmas so far things are good looks new one of the iPads froze for a couple days after she updated it took it to the Apple store and they got the problem fixed right away no charge

It took two tries to get a suitable unit. While the first one looked good and operated OK, the battery was a complete mess. It would be at 100% and then drop within minute to a much lower charge and be down to 20% or so within a half hour. Itd hover there for a bit and then shut down the iPad. Tried all of the Apple fixes to extend battery life and recalibrate. Nothing worked so asked for a replacement iPad. It took about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered but it works fine -- battery behaves as desired.
