Have had ZERO issues so far. The only small con is that I notice the top part is not fully tightened to the bottom so I can push it in and it goes back out but thats a small fix and not an issue. Had no scratches and works like NEW.

I saw a lot of reviews about bent or crappy units but I wanted to chime in and say mine was perfect. No issues at all. It was In perfect shape. I bought it for my dad so it had to be perfect and he is pleased.

Wouldn’t download the software update

Don’t recommend. Returned the first one because it wouldn’t stay charged. Got another one and this one also does not stay charged. Now I’m passed the return window.

Excellent quality! Highly recommend considering renewed products from Amazon.
