I, like many others was very skeptical of this purchase. I initially had a problem with the shipping (I ordered next day shipping but the product never shipped) thoughAmazon (being as awesome as they are) fixed my problem promptly. I am very satisfied with my iPad Pro 9.7 inch, it doesnt have any dings, scratches or any blemishes I can find. Everything is in working order which is a huge blessing!! I would highly recommend this product especially if you are wanting to use the Apple Pencil!!

This tablet has been great! I was looking for an affordable tablet that would allow my husband to work on his comics and what not. I purchased an iPad pen in addition and it has had no issues working with this tablet! If you are looking for an iPad but dont want to pay brand new price, Id go with this seller. We are not disappointed with how well the iPad has worked and that it was affordable.

Mine came in with several, deep scratches on the screen. Disappointed.

The unit arrived via FedEx a day before the date Amazon predicted. This item (Apple iPad Pro 9.25, 32 GB) came in a generic brown cardboard box with generic USB charger and Lightening cable. The item was wrapped in clear plastic film much like that used on new units shipped from Apple and an outer padding of thick bubble wrap. The unit was spotless in all respects. I performed a standard setup copying from an iCloud backup via WiFi and everything works as expected.

I just received mine in the mail and it was in perfect condition. It looks brand new. It came in a white box with a charging cord and cube. They are not the original Apple charging cord in cube but they work. Mine only came with 10% charge. So far that’s the only negative. I am setting it up right now. I bought this iPad for school usage.

This is my second one and they both came dead and both do not stay charged. Great price but not worth the money
