Love it. Works great and was easy to set up. I bought a renewed tablet instead of new but you wouldnt know the difference.

This is my first purchase of a refurbished product. The iPad came well protected in a cardboard box. Looks and functions like a brand new one. Not a single major scratch or flaw visible. Only some very, very minor lines on the screen and on the apple symbol on the back side, the kind of very minor wear you will invariably get when using the iPad. Not visible in any circumstance when using it. All in all, much better than expected.

You would expect your tablet to arrive in like new condition, after all, thats what is advertised: Product works and looks like new. Except you probably wont. My iPad arrived with scratches, dents and the cherry on top - filed off engraving on the back of the device.

Came in with very little flaws. Small scratch on back that I barely noticed. Great quality for the price

iPad Pro 9.7 32 GB (MLMN2LL/A Model: A1673) refurbished is in like new condition and double boxed with a generic brown factory box inside. Works fine after charging from dead and I easily updated to iOS 11. This is the best iPad to get, until the Pro 10.5 refurb pops up! The Pro is so much smoother and snappier than the Air 2. The 12MP camera quality is amazing, even with only indoor lighting. I can confirm that the included 1 amp 5 watt charger cube is an oem iphone/ipad mini 1 charger, (A1385 made by Calcomp (Shenzhen)). The usb/lightning wire is very stiff, but works with copying pictures to my computer. Since the iPad mini charger is insufficient for this iPad Pro 9.7, 1 star off for seller Dealfisher. But I give 5+ stars to Amazon Global Shipping for getting this from Kentucky to Asia and through customs in only four days! Check the bottom of the Apple website for certified refurbished with a real charger and Apple warranty if you need one delivered free in the USA.

I had my doubts when I ordered this ipad pro because it was refurbished but it is great, I have not complain about the apad on ho it performs or how it looks, there is no scratch on any place that I have noticed, I put a screen protector as soon as I received it, the only complain I have is on the delivery guy that just dropped it on my front door, but no damage so we are good.

I was a little skeptic due to the other reviews, but my iPad is 100% absolutely perfect. Runs like a dream, great battery life, no scratches or dings, and came with the correct charger.

The tablet would not load the beginning servers needed to activate a new iPad on ones account.
