This was a gift for my great granddaughter. She loves it. And has had no problems with it at all.

Customer service is fabulous and the iPad works great.

Great value for money. And it’s still running.

Exactly what I wanted. They even put a glass screen protector on for me. Not sure if they do that with everyone but I was pleased.

The charger is not working.

Arrived very quickly, was exactly as described, and is really good condition-nearly no marks, scratches or any visible ‘scars’ from a past life. Booted up on first try, and set up was easy with Verizon. Very, very good renewed product and seller. I would buy from this seller again for sure.

It glitches once in a while and lots of spammers

Best thing I have ever bought. I use it for my 2 year old. But at that kind of price, it is so great! I am happy, he is happy.

These were purchased for Christmas. The received bumper covers. Two months later, one stopped working so I returned it. A month and a half later, I still haven’t received my return but on top of it I took the other two to an Apple Store because they wouldn’t update and now will not cut on. I purchased another that came in today. The fact that all 3 tablets have issues within 3 months of use, does not sit well with me. I will not open the new one and I’ll be shipping it right back. Yes, I’m bitter but when I spend $600 in iPads who wouldn’t be. I will not get burnt again and I’ll just send this new tablet back before I’m out another $170
