For the money I paid. Perfect buy. Definitely want a case though. Very thin. And easily dropped.

Everything is perfect outside of the fact it came without a Sim Card, therefore I can’t use my Cellular Service. Should my iPad have come with a Sim Card?

Definitely a nice upgrade from my ipad 4. Love the fingerprint button.

This is a great iPad that not only is thumb print protected it also has a back up code as well. Great screen quality.

Battery life is a little short but overall great value

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 14yr old. But gifted it to her early after her baby brother washed her phone because he said it was dirty! Lol The appearance was flawless my daughter was very excited about using it. She was able to put her SIM card inside from her cell phone and get it all set up. It arrived with a low battery so after set up she put it up to charge. It appeared to be charging. Removing it from charger after it appeared to be at 100% and it immediately drops to 2%. We tried charging it several times but it wouldn’t charge at all. Unfortunately I had to return it. I would have like to be given the option to just have it replaced but there was none. I purchased one for my teenage son as well with the same seller as a gift and it hasn’t been opened it. I hope it won’t be the same issue but may hv to check and see before. Christmas to avoid any disappointments. Other than that it looked really good! Just couldn’t use it.

It is affordable and convenient

What was presented was an item that supposedly worked. and was guaranteed to work. What was received, even though it looked good from the outside, did not even come close to living up to expectations. One of the items would not charge and the other when charged and turned went dead. Not sure of your quality control but it seems like you need to improve that.

shipped me a broken Ipad. I asked for a new one/ replacement and was told it would come in.... it has been about a year now and nothing!
