got the wrong item

Ive doubt about the money paid and performance. Its a good product for specific areas, think it carefully whether its needed or optional.You can find better products with better price/performance ratio

The macbook is good, but the SPEAKER doesn’t work!

I love this computer! I am so glad we were able to purchase through amazon with payments. It is truly helpful for me as a student and I know the computer will serve me well in my career. I love the Touch Bar.

UPDATE: Just lowered my rating to one star. Review refers to the 15-in version. But Im sitting in a coffee shop and someone elses Mac has just gone off and played music at loud noises--it looks like the 13-in version. Did Apple actually test this product even for a few hours before putting it out on the market? Pathetic.

When you unplugged it, the entire thing went dead. Still waiting to be reimbursed by the seller and it’s been a month. Nothing.

All kinds of issues with this buy. Have not been able to fully use it for a year now. Apple has given a poor experience as well. Will never ever buy a supposedly new lab top from here again !

The first mac that was delivered to me was faulty out the box. It would shut off at around 63% and the battery percentage would jump around. I thought it was just bad luck and so I exchanged it for another one and the one Im using now runs fine. This is a good laptop if youre a college student because its lightweight and the charger isnt a 10kg brick like some other laptops have. It easy to carry and can last you the whole day. ive always used PC laptops but I decided to give this mac a try because of how lightweight it is. Some basic pros and cons of this laptop are:

So far this laptop has performed as expected. Updates went off without a hitch. Only complaint was my finger ID works on and off. I will try resetting it again because it is so handy for eliminating typing in my password.
