This is the second teak shower bench that I have purchased and I love it! I have had four surgeries on my knee and I need to sit while showering. The bench is so well made and is very sturdy.The shelf is very handy so bathing supplies are kept in easy access.

Absolutely love this! Bench came with a little imperfection on the seat area. Called OptiArea and they were very helpful! They gave me a choice of either returning the bench or taking Teak Oil and 000-Steel Wool and lightly wipe with the grain of the wood. I went with Teak Oil and Steel Wool which took about 5 minutes of my time. It would have taken longer to return it and since from time to time I will have to oil the bench, figured this was good practice! Many thanks to the people at OptiArea.

Pre-drilled screw holes dont line up with the receiving end. Had to drill out holes bigger in order for the screws to line up. Has some small perfections, not worth returning. Manufactures attached name plate is badly dented. Did not come with enough oil finish. Applied Watco teak oil before assembling.

Very solid construction - perfect for use in a shower.

Love the bench in my shower and it’s great quality BUT I started to smell something after about 2 moths of using it. I looked under the beach to clean it and it was growing mold. I always rinse it off after every shower and this still happened. This is so dangerous and could have been way worse had I not caught it sooner!!!

Sturdy substantial piece. Easy to assemble.

Love the bench.....solid....attractive......great for our shower......somehow the leveling legs werent drilled with production.....called the seller and made it right ASAP.....honest, courteous, and prompt......the way service used to be in the USA......thanks so much and highly recommend this seller/product
