Socks came just as described. I followed the directions for rinsing them thoroughly before using but there was still considerable particles. I would recommend using a strong hose/bath tub faucet to rinse them to help get the particles out before using. Will definitely order them again.

These work great at trapping algae and debris in my salt water tank. I clean them every few days or so and have been able to re-use them multiple times. Bought a second set because they work so well.

The filter socks are great. They fit perfectly. One word of caution when washing them. I followed your instructions and used the heavy duty cycle and it all but destroyed the socks. Since that experience I have used the gentle cycle and it works much better.

The 12 length fits better in our setup and lasted as long as the 18 socks.

These filters are decent quality but unfortunately didnt fit my system.

Great product for my reef tank.

Doesnt fit very well, and when washed, they start to fall apart.
