VERY PLEASED.

I previously posted a review saying how disappointed I was that my item was marked out for delivery while it was still in California across the country. Two days later the items were delivered, later than expected, but not terribly so. Im okay with that during these unusual times when the health and welfare of ones fish is not as important as delivering essentials to humans. The fish survived the two extra days before water changes. If theyre alive and happy, then Im happy enough.

When I opened the package, the plastic that it was wrapped in was all wet. Turns out the bottles were leaking.

Do not buy! We bought this and are seasoned fish owners. Boy did we make a mistake. Killed all of our fish! Tried to get a refund and can not

Both bottles were wet coming out of the package and actively leaking.

unfortunately my item leaked and half of the bottle was empty.

The product works fine and I’ve been using it for my betta fishes, a decent deal. I only bother to write this review because the inner safety seal was broken on mine AND the twist cap was loose causing it to leak into the shipping bag. Hard to imagine the bumpy roads of delivery trucks causing cap/seal to come off; it was probably just sloppy in the packaging. But whatevers. It’s a decent water conditioner overall. Just package it better, please
