This was just what the crate needed. No longer do I have to struggle to have my dog go into the crate. She loves it now. Its durable and chew proof. I can also control the heat. Perfect.

I love this heating pad, the quality of the pad, the remote and especially the cord is great, the cord is very strong and durable, the remote is very responsive and all settings appear to work fine, I love the timer settings for automatic shut off, this would also be perfect for outdoor use. Another thing that’s great is that the smaller size pad fits inside most single animal beds that you can unzip which is pretty awesome. Highly recommend.

Feels durable, good features (timer and heat setting), and easy to use. I have an older cat that is struggling with arthritis, so I wanted something to help her little paws feel better and this seems to have done the trick! This is easy to use with just 3 buttons and gets warm, but not too hot. It didnt get warm enough to warm a blanket on top of the heating pad, but it was plenty warm by itself. The other three kittens are all happy to sleep on it too (so long as the Queen isnt around). I am a little concerned about their claws poking into the pad and shocking them, but I dont know that they will get shocked, but I dont want to find out the hard way. The whole thing is quite light and the cord is wrapped in a protective collar, which should help to improve the longevity of the heating pad. Overall, were very happy with the medium heating pad, which is almost big enough to accommodate three cats. The pad is roughly the size of my couch cushion when I set it down, so I could also have it on the couch for them. If youre on the fence, give it a try! We bought this to go in our boys dog bed. He loves it. Its well made. The cord is covered with a chew proff material. Not an issue for us, but I can see where this would be handy for some. The heater has more heat settings than a human heating pad, which is nice. I like the timer too. We got the medium size and it fits perfectly in our dogs large dog bed. Highly recommend this product.

I love that it has option to stay on; this would have saved my sick iguana if I had years ago. I’m using 2 of these for feral kitten who loves it. One inside cat house, the insulated cloth cardboard kind with open door and one just outside the house under a makeshift bench and plexiglass shelter. Coldest night in years and she stayed! On the highest setting it’s just warm to the hand. Seems enough.

I had some reservations about this pad before ordering. My 14 year old lynxpoint Siamese is quite picky (as most cats and especially Siamese mixes tend to be) when it comes to where she likes to sit and lay. She enjoys heated blankets but only if they are fleecy. It doesn’t get superbly hot and the I can’t confirm that the timer actually runs for the listed time (it feels like it’s either half an hour short sometimes and half an hour long others), but it does a good job of being a desirable heated pet mat. The cable is nicely done and definitely bite/claw resistant, Although I don’t think it would hold up to an adult dog giving it a go. The washable cover is nice and soft, and the inner heating could aren’t super stiff which is nice. For the cost listed and the approval of my spoiled girl, I can confidently say this is a 5 star pad. If the pad dies in the before the end of the winter season this year, I’ll come back to edit and adjust my rating accordingly.

Bought this heating pad for winter comfort for my super senior 21 yo cat. The zippered cover is adequate, heating control has 6 incremental heat levels, a timer, and also constant on. I have found the lowest heat setting is more than adequate for her comfort, and no chance of burn or injury to her skin or paws. The chew proof is not an issue with my cat, but electric cords and hookup seem sturdy enough for use with most dogs.
