17-11-2024Das Produkt lässt sich gut auftragen, eine kleine Menge reicht vollkommen. Es lässt sich mit der Spritze aber nur schlecht auf großen Heatspreadern verteilen. Ich hatte so beim ersten Versuch zu viel aufgetragen und musste feststellen, dass sich die Paste schlecht entfernen lässt wenn sie Mal auf das Mainboard getropft ist. Tipp: mit Isopropanol geht es.
