> 3 dayIm using a Corsair H100i 240mm water cooler on a Ryzen 7 3700X processor. I have been using the thermal paste that came already installed on the Corsair cooler for a year. When sitting at the CMOS the temp was a steady 33C. When I replaced the Corsair stock paste with the Arctic MX-4 and booted to the CMOS its now at a steady 31C. Not a huge improvement, but ANY improvement is good when youre fighting heat, and Im very pleased.
