> 3 dayMy 2015 MacBook Pro started running hot while doing normal light/medium tasks. I use smcFanControl to monitor temperatures and keep the fan running at a higher base rpm. (I think Apples strategy of constantly throttling the fan up/down to be ridiculous and more distracting than a constant rpm.) Even with a constant 4k fan, temps would easily run away to 65-70C with fans spiking to max. Heavy work loads would go even higher.
