Greater than one weekAt first it seems to work well, took my I7 laptop cpu from 80s down to 50s when idle. But its seems to degrade super fast and ive had to re apply every few weeks. Summary. At idle. First apply 40-50c after 2 weeks 75-80c after 3 weeks 90c+. It is a gaming laptop which is heavily used.
