Greater than one weekThis has greatly reduced the noise levels for my PS4 Pro. It used to aound like a jet engine, even after cleaning and applying other thermal pastes. Out of the others I tried, the Arctic MX4 works best. Its been over a week now and I can hardly hear the console when playing games like Warzone Caldera, Warzone 2.0, efootball and horizon zero dawn. I definitely recommend this product
