Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

Im no pro, but have put together several computers over the last 20+ years. Thermal compound is a must with todays overly hot CPUs, and this stuff works. Dont skimp a couple bucks on something your CPU needs to keep running the way it should.

I was told that the Artic Silver 5Thermal compound paste was the best and it worked excellent. I used it to repaste my ps3 when it got the YLOD. No problems at all..

Highly renown as the best thermal paste out there and without a doubt, having used other disappointing thermal pastes, this one definitely stands out as the best Ive used. It spreads nicely when applied to the Cpu and doesnt overlap onto my motherboard. As long as you dont overdo it when applying, there should be no issues with this paste.

Do not waste. There is just enough for maybe 2 applications. But good stuff. I have used it for years. And I just resinked my PS3... fat.

Excellent product!

This paste worked fine for me. I used it on a quad core processor that was running a little hot with the OEM paste. I put this on and the PC has been fine ever since.

I feel this is some of the best thermal compound out there for the money in my opinion,some people might differ.

Great quality and cheapest thermal compound I found online. I used it for fixing an overheating problem on my HP DV9700t laptop(worst cooling design out of any laptop ever made). My problem was that the integrated graphics card overheated and caused the solder to melt and disconnect leaving me without any display whatsoever. So I had to resolder using a heat gun(very dangerous and unrecommended procedure) but i was left without choice. Anyways, I got the graphics card to reconnect, then added the thermal compound to the chipset, and ever since the temperature has been down be at least 15 degrees even when pushing high graphic games. Glad to have found this product.
