Received a fake from DESLOO. It works but if I wanted a counterfeit, I couldve bought one for less.

Not a real arduino uno, very upsetting.

Che dire Arduino è arduino, ottimo prodotto per la prototipazione, essendo la scheda originale non si riscontra alcun tipo di problema nellutilizzo e nella configurazione.

I ordered 2 of these boards the same day sold by DESLOO and fulfilled by Amazon. One board was authentic (had the official little box with the documentation and stickers) however I confirmed that the other was counterfeit. Heres the link if you want to do the same, http://arduino.cc/en/Products/Counterfeit. Both of these do work fine so I dont have an issue with that. What I do mind is the fact that these are supposed to be genuine but are not necessarily so. If I wanted a clone board I would have purchased one, I have several times in the past. However, when I purchase what I believe is the real deal and it turns out not to be, it makes me a bit irritated. I noticed others have made similar comments as well, so be aware. If you dont mine a clone, go for it, but if you do want the genuine board you may or may not get it.

La scheda a Microcontrollore programmabile più facile da utilizzare, ci si puo fare di tutto, da un allarme casalingo ad un termostato remoto....

Original product. Is available cheaper on another site

In my experience its definitely worth paying more for the genuine article, as these are. Some knockoff Arduinos I got recently (included in another purchase) are useless because newer Mac OSs make it exceedingly difficult to install the needed drivers that you dont need with a real Arduino. Plus these come with a very nice acrylic base with screw holes in case you want to attach it to something.

If you want /and or / need an Arduino, buy the genuine article. Quality is far better than any of the Chinese clones. Headers are straight, solder joints are textbook perfect and power regulation is cleaner than the clones. Nice even +5Vdc within 0.01 volt. Buy the Arduino - Genuino. It is well worth the extra couple of dollars.

Thats the one! It is the bare minimum, though. You need some guessing to start with it, but nothing too hard to figure out.

ABOUT ARDUINO

Arduino is the world’s leading open-source hardware and software ecosystem. The Company offers a range of software tools, hardware platforms and documentation enabling almost anybody to be creative with technology.

Originally started as a research project by Massimo Banzi, David Cuartielles, Tom Igoe, Gianluca Martino, and David Mellis at the Interaction Design Institute of Ivrea in the early 2000s, it builds upon the Processing project, a language for learning how to code within the context of the visual arts developed by Casey Reas and Ben Fry as well as a thesis project by Hernando Barragan about the Wiring board.

WHY ARDUINO?

Why1Why1

Why2Why2

Why3Why3

Why4Why4

Inexpensive

Arduino boards are relatively inexpensive compared to other microcontroller platforms. The least expensive version of the Arduino module can be assembled by hand, and even the pre-assembled Arduino modules cost not so high.

Simple, clear programming environment

The Arduino Software (IDE) is easy-to-use for beginners, yet flexible enough for advanced users to take advantage of as well. For teachers, it"s conveniently based on the Processing programming environment, so students learning to program in that environment will be familiar with how the Arduino IDE works.

Open source and extensible software

The Arduino software is published as open source tools, available for extension by experienced programmers. The language can be expanded through C++ libraries, and people wanting to understand the technical details can make the leap from Arduino to the AVR C programming language on which it"s based. Similarly, you can add AVR-C code directly into your Arduino programs if you want to.

Open source and extensible hardware

The plans of the Arduino boards are published under a Creative Commons license, so experienced circuit designers can make their own version of the module, extending it and improving it. Even relatively inexperienced users can build the breadboard version of the module in order to understand how it works and save money.

Message from Massimo Banzi - co-founder

“The Arduino philosophy is based on making designs rather than talking about them. It is a constant search for faster and more powerful ways to build better prototypes. We have explored many prototyping techniques and developed ways of thinking with our hands.”
