ARKON 25mm Ball to 17mm Ball Adapter - Black - SP25MM17

I liked the quick hook up of this idem

Item arrived as described and the concept is good, however like the previous reviewer I find the ball on the 17mm side is too small. It holds okay sitting still but bumps will cause the face of the GPS to flop around. The 17mm ball should have been made a tiny bit bigger. The ball on my OEM Garmin suction cup mount holds the device just fine. I ordered the RAM cradle mount instead.

I needed an adapter for my RAM motorcycle mount which had the large ball (25 mm) and wanted to reduce to the smaller ball (17mm) so I could put a navigation device on that took the smaller ball. This was the perfect solution without having to go buy a whole new mount.

This was the solution Ive been looking for for my GPS mount needs in my car. Works well to utilize my RAM Mount arm and my Garmin GPS.

like others, I too had to sand it down. Once that was done it works great.

A useful connector to allow RAM arms and attachments to connect to and hold GPS items etc eg. Garmin

Perfect solution, the rubber type coating on the ball keeps the adapter from budging at all.

Good product but very long shipping time for such a small thing
