Greater than one weekI have used boxed soda for years. This is a much better design to get the same effect. Saves space and no longer worried about it spilling especially as I use this in my Travel Trailer.

> 3 dayI wanted to freshen up the air in my car a bit, but Im not a fan of the scented car air fresheners. Febreze is good and plenty, but you have to keep applying. Note: Im not a slob and my car isnt all nasty with spilled drinks or food. Just during the hot summer months, the air in the car seems stale to me. Cracking a window when parked doesnt seem to help enough. I figured that if baking soda works in my fridge, I wonder how it would work in my car. Amazingly enough, its takes the staleness out of the air and even eliminated the mildewy smell that comes from my AC when it first starts up (strange, I know). Its been about 3 weeks and still getting good results with it in my car. As stated, it is more expensive than buying a regular box of baking soda for $0.99usd, but it is discrete enough that no one has noticed it (or commented on it) sitting on the dash of my car. Im in CO and Im curious if anyone else has tried this in other more humid, hotter, or drier environments.

> 3 dayIve used these in my fridge for many years. They are easy to adhere to the wall and does help keep the fridge fresh. Ive begun ordering from Amazon since this product has been hard to find locally.

Greater than one weekThese are really a great design. I have always kept a box of baking soda in the fridge and freezer and worried about them being spilled. I know there are some made that have side screens to keep from spilling however for some reason they are hard to find. Running across these was really great. They are easy to put in (comes with a suction cup) They fit well on the back wall of the fridge and they look pretty cool. Buying these in the 4 pack is good since the recommended use is only 30 days. After a month I remove the packed and pour the baking soda down the drain to freshen it. I have not found information that shows if you can buy refills so I recycle the plastic part instead

12-06-2025I used to use the boxed version, but I like the fact that these dont take up any storage space. I use them in the fridge & freeze and never have any issues with unwanted odors. I keep these on Subscribe and Save & replace every 3 months. I docked 1 star because of the price, expensive for just some baking soda.
