I cant say enough about this bag. Ive got a closet full of every bag imaginable... Ill be cleaning house with that! I dont even care if it matches what Im wearing or where Im going.. This is THE BAG!!!!! Ive always used the inserts in large bags (where you organize your stuff and to change bags you just lift it out) I do use that.. The weight distribution, ease if getting on pockets, front flap a automatically catches Velcro front.. No fighting.. Awesome.

Great size. Holds my paper organizer, a couple of textbooks, my lunch and a water bottle all comfortably. Comfortable on shoulder and easy to access

I purchased the ARMYU Classic Military Messenger Bag for use as a Haversack when Im away from home on a bush-craft activity (i.e. campsite, outdoor open fire cooking, wandering around in the woods, etc.) The Messenger Bag is great for carrying a whole mess of bush-craft things one might need in the way of survival. For the student, it can carry up to a 15 laptop and still have room for a couple of textbooks and notebooks. Throw in a sandwich and a bottled water or soda and youre good to go for the whole school day! The Message bag comes with a fully adjustable 2 wide shoulder strap which is not removable, but why would you want to? The bag is made of durable, strong, cotton canvas, and if it ever wears out (which I dont think it will), I would certainly buy it again.

So many messenger bags have problems with the strap. This one does not. Many expensive ones are for looks not heavy duty use. A good looking heavy duty bag cost a couple hundred. Personally I am happy that the bag does not look expensive and does not draw attention since I carry an expensive iPad everywhere I go. I just purchased it and am adding some modifications for long and happy use. Using permanent glue I’m adding Velcro to all pockets including the one holding the iPad to ensure I lose nothing. I am working in heavy duty rainproofing cream into the canvas. I am applying a rubber sealer for tools and things to the bottom of the bag since I frequently toss it around. This way it will not absorb dirt or get scuffed up.

This is a great bag! Ive been in and out of the hospital all summer with a medical condition, and I needed something to carry books and medical papers, along with assorted drugs and smart phone accessories. It has worked out perfectly. There are water bottle pockets on each side, a couple of roomy outside pockets just under the flap, and a smaller zip-up pocket on the inside (perfect for wallet and/or cell phone). It has held up very well to a little abuse. If youre looking for a rigid bag, though, this aint it. Its canvas...you throw a book or a binder into it, and it maintains its shape. I get a lot of good comments on it...its a good bag for a guy (probably a girl too). Thanks!

Its a little bigger than I like, but the color, sturdiness, and pockets make this one of my favorite bags ever. Worth every single penny. Comes with a really cute pin you can use anywhere!

Very durable marteial, it did change color from sun exposure. My black Dickies backpack has not lost the color but this one did, got them at the same time. Overall good, and sturdy material and i can store my laptop in it
