Greater than one weekVery nice quality (comes with assembly lube), used on a 5.3l LSX with a AC Delco Balancer. Easy to torque to 235ft lbs with a 1-1/16 12 point socket. Make sure to put high temp RTV on both sides of the ARP washer so it doesnt ever back off. Thanks.

> 3 dayI love ARP bolts for replacing torque to yield factory GM bolts. I didn’t like that it’s a different size from factory and having to buy another specialty socket. That being said, I’d definitely buy it again, but won’t have to because it lasts for ever because it’s reusable.

> 3 dayArp is top quality stuff, I like that they are now including the lube in almost every package. This is a crank bolt for almost every gm ls engine. The factory bolt is only about 6 bucks but it is one time use and torque to yield. Which makes it very hard to properly tighten. This bolt is reusable and has a torque spec that is much easyer. Arp is expensive but worth it if you ever plan on taking it apart again.

> 3 daygreat quality, American made Forged bolt. Worked great to replace my stock bolt and can be reused, if I remember correctly a 12 point 1-1/16th socket fits it. quality product and a must buy especially if you work on your engine alot or are doing a rebuild to any GM LS engine

08-06-2025Installed a corvette balancer on a rebuilt 6.0 and used this bolt to hold it in place. Be aware you will need the 12 point socket as mentioned in other reviews. Orielys had the 12 point sockets in stock for 7 dollars. The product included the required assembly lube and the proper torque setting include as well. Expensive, yes, but quality is never cheap and this bolt can be reused unlike OEM bolt.
