> 3 daythese bulbs are perfect except for the fact that they are blindingly bright and cannot be dimmed! perfect if you have an “enclosed” or shaded light source, but in my case i have an open ceiling fixture with 5 bulbs and it’s quite obnoxiously bright. will have to invest in some dimmer bulbs at some point!

> 3 dayThese bulbs look so stylish in my open weave fixtures. The amount of light they give off is much better than my other bulbs.

> 3 dayLet me save you time and 2 returns. You want Amber. I know you don’t think that you do. But if you are ordering a 12-pack then you DO NOT WANT white or daylight white or anything else. Just start with Amber.

> 3 dayWe bought a new light fixture for our main bath which came with Edison style bulbs. The bulbs included gave off a yellow cast which made the off white walls of the bathroom look green. These bulbs give off a true white light that was more desirable for our bathroom. We are replacing the three lights in our master bath with the same light fixtures and will use the three extra bulbs in this package to replace the lights included with them. The color of light from these bulbs depends on the color temperature of the bulb itself. Lower temperature numbers such as 2,700K will give off a more yellow light where as the light at 5,000K will be brilliant white. This company has bulbs with different light temperatures so make sure you select the appropriate bulb for your needs.
