These bulbs are a very bright white light. I had purchased light fixtures for our guest bath that came with bulbs, but they were amber colored and a warm white. Who wants their bathroom bathed in yellow light!? I ordered these because I had already used them in the kitchen and love how much brighter and daylight-y my kitchen is. Actually, they might be a tad too bright for the small bathroom (4 bulbs over the vanity and 3 in the ceiling fixture), but Im keeping them and HIGHLY recommend them for anywhere you want the Edison look AND bright light!

They look great in the light fixtures we are using in a remodel including the front porch. Great accent. Very bright clean light.
