> 3 dayCant say enough about this spray gun. Im a first timer and it lays down paint great. Did a horse trailer and no problem, even with a marginal air compressor. Great product at a low price.

Greater than one weekIm a professional cabinet and furniture finisher. I specialize in lacquers and clear finishes. I purchased this at the same time as a graco-sharpe, and while the graco lays down a fine finish, this gun outperforms it in every way in a production environment. It lays down a great, even coat with a very wide fan. The atomization is great, and the gun maintains usable tolerances for extended periods of spraying. It lays down more lacquer than the graco, and while multiple thinner coats do result in a harder finish, this gun allows me to produce a high quality finish in less passes. Due to this I can put out more work faster, all while maintaining very high quality control. This is the best gun Ive ever used for production, and I will be buying it for years to come.

> 3 dayAt first I had my doubts, bc I was using the cheapest clearcoat I could find with my 30 yr old hvlp devilbiss flg gun. It would not lay down smooth even with a 1.4 tip and thinned 20%. So then I got this, and used the same paint with slow reducer and slow activator. This thing lays out clearcoat like glass! I think bc its high efficiency is why I can spray as low as 15psi...thats not a typo, 15 psi and it atomizes as good as it does at 27psi. It even atomizes ok as low as 10psi! The only difference is way less overspray at the lower pressures. The spray pattern is super wide as well. (with higher pressure). The atomization of this gun is simply incredible! And it is so easy to clean. What I do is disconnect the air then open up the trigger and spray some carb cleaner through the gun until it begins running out clear. then I take it apart and do the final cleaning. I also have diaphragm type regulator, the cheapies dont cut it for me. I used to hate painting, now I love it! :-)

> 3 dayCould only get the gun to provide about a 3-4 inch fan. Had a super hard time try to obtain adequate coverage without streaking. Would not recommend.

> 3 dayI actually like this gun in terms of spray performance, but OMG is it an air hog! If you have a massive compressor this gun will do fine, but otherwise be prepared to take some breaks to allow the air to recover. I have two compressors feeding a line with an additional 20 gallon tank. So, one 30 gallon 2 hp, 5.8 CFM at 90 psi compressor AND one 20 gallon 5 hp (probably false claim on label) 6.2 CFM at 90 psi feeding another 20 gallon tank. Update: I dropped a star because the gun had sever issues with clogging, both the air horn nozzles and the fluid needle clog up with high build primer. The reason someone buys a gun with large needle is for primer, this one just doesnt cut it. It also ends up with primer dripping down the face of the air cap, just not quite there.

25-11-2024I purchased this gun thinking it would be a throw away gun after time , I was wrong . Perfect spray every time. I use it for primer and base and then my Awata for clear . You cant go wrong with this gun.

> 3 daySprays nice. Not a huge air hog. Fan is a little smaller than Im used to but seems to be laying metallics and peals nice. Good value
