Waste of money. By for the worst monitor I have owned. Does not have vibrant color at all. Spend abit more or try another cheap one but this isn’t it. Don’t buy.

Very poor quality, grainy, washed-out image with no blacks. Color and contrast severely lacking. View angle is extremely narrow, especially top-to-bottom. I spent time adjusting all the built-in settings to no avail. I tried both the VGA and HDMI connections using two different computers, no dice. I have an older version of this monitor that looks fine, but this new model looks terrible.

The monitor sent to me did NOT have the stand. Amazon sent me to the manufacturer instead is simply sending me a new monitor. Manufacturer did not have the part. Neither replaced the part or the monitor. Bad form from both the manufacturer and from Amazon. DO NOT BUY ASUS PRODUCTS - they are not responsive to issues with their products.

Best monitor I have is an ASUS(but not this one). Very washed screen and controls are very limited, sound ETC. Got it cheap and it feels like it.

Great product

While its cheaper than my normal Asus EyeCare monitor, I wanted something smaller and my usual starts at 24...we have 5 in the family. The quality of this monitor was so awful for regular use, not even gaming. When side by side with my higher end model, the picture and refresh rate were apparent. Unless you really need a smaller monitor, I suggest the higher end EyeCare, which REALLY does help with your eyes, my husbands glasses prescription went down. You can find the higher end one on Amazon for something like $124 and absolutely worth every penny. I also suggest a monitor mount, which are also fairly cheap to get a larger monitor off your desk. My husband is a gamer but I use dual monitors for online shopping, email and managing our finances.

My screen came with a horrible yellow tint, that made any whites look dirty yellow. after playing with the RBG settings for over 3 hours, resetting to defaults at least twice, and making sure the blue light reduction was off, i still couldnt get rid of the yellow tint unless i made my screen look incredibly washed out. Either solution using the screen pretty bad, will be returning and would not recommend at all. its also not 120 hz as advertised.

I’m usually a fan of Asus products as they are well thought out and good quality. Unfortunately that didn’t work out for this monitor. I was looking for one with speakers so I could switch between work and plugging in a Roku or gaming console so that narrowed down my choices. While this Asus does reasonably for streaming video and gaming it’s not good for text. Even with brightness turned down and contrast up I couldn’t get a reasonable black for my text.

We bought this as a second monitor because its the newer version of our other Asus monitor. We were expecting them to be pretty close to the same. Its crap. The picture quality is so low, I hope you dont need to read anything small on it. Everything is fuzzy and grainy and its so dim- and thats on the best setting I could get it on. I wish I hadnt destroyed the box or I would be trying to return it. But its under $100 you say? Yeah and its worth about $20. If you have no monitor and HAVE to get something cheap, still look for other options first.

Great monitor for the price. I play my PS4 on it and it works great.
