> 3 dayIt’s a pretty good laptop with a nice configuration at a competitive lower price. Very satisfied with the performance of the laptop so far. The empty 2.5” ssd bay is useless as I tried upgrading the laptop with 2.5” Ssds for additional storage. Nothing worked. I called Asus and they said this laptop is not upgradable. Not sure why provide an empty 2.5” ssd bay for nothing

> 3 dayI purchased this laptop December 20, 2022 and by April 20, 2023, four months later, the battery completely quit taking a charge. No matter how long I charged it, the battery was completely dead. As soon as I unplugged the charger, the laptop shut off.

> 3 dayPretty happy with this laptop. I bought it as a replacement to my HP that I had for years and I was nervous to try an ASUS. Overall, Im happy with it. It is very light and slim and easy to transport. The battery life isnt the best, but other than that, I have no complaints. It does what I need. It does not have a significant amount of memory, but works for what I need.

> 3 dayWell, dont have much good to say. I like the backlit keyboard i guess. Computer freezes up all the time. Loses wifi connection. Touchpad works most of the time. Fingerprint reader never worked. You get what you pay for. And sometimes less than you pay for, like this computer. Back to Acer, should have never switched.

> 3 dayThis laptop is top notch! Its no power house but it doesnt need to be (for me). Size and battery life for this laptop are my most important options and this device doesnt disappoint.

18-11-2024Laptop was slow and wireless NIC throttles speeds. Was clocking at 1/20th of my internet speeds. This is unacceptable. Ive heard of others replacing the NIC. Should not need to. Would not even work as a spare laptop. Returned.

> 3 day11th intel gen along with other specs is behind mainstream laptop configuration. So you cannot expect it to perform for large workload. When it is on sale, it is a good deal if you only do some light office work on it.

> 3 dayTrabaja rápido, para un uso estudiantil/oficina cumple perfectamente, lo unico malo es la ubicación del ventilador que es abajo y para tenerla en las piernas es incómodo.

> 3 dayThis is a nice laptop for the money. The first thing I did was upgrade the SSD and added a memory stick. So, counting the upgrades I got a very snappy PC with plenty of room. I was out the door for well less than $350. I had to consider that most of my computer usage is surfing the web and email. Add some very light music production. For things like this and your basic office type documents, this is a very capable computer. Windows 11 is actually pretty good, too. Much better than 10. As long as it stays around the $300~$350 mark, you wont go wrong. Very nice basic computer.
