> 24 hourBought it in November 2019, so its been almost 2 years now and it still works. Mostly use it to browse the web, read, watch videos/movies, and play games sometimes(not much though). Battery life is still pretty good, one full charge lasts 3-4 hours depending on what I have on.

> 24 hourI guess if you dont buy an insurance policy they send you a faulty product on purpose. I never took it out of my room. Only used it to watch videos, search a few web pages, and attempt to play the yousician app. Which only worked once.

> 24 hourI really wanted to like this notebook. I purchased it in December and really have not had a chance to use until this week (I have a fully equipped home office and pc). I have to travel this week and thought this would be a good time to try it out. What I found was that it does not have a backlit keyboard as stated in the item description. I have tried everything, every recommended key combination - all to no avail. I finally noticed that there is not a keyboard key. It is of course too late to return or exchange it and I am just out of luck. Be warned, if you want a backlit keyboard DO NOT BUY THIS NOTEBOOK. I was unable to get any help or support.

> 24 hourWe purchased this a month ago and the screen is now blackened with the faintest visibility of the login icon. It will not adjust lighting. Yes, power is on.

> 24 hourI first got this computer because I needed one fast, it came with a faulty fan that sounded like it was constantly scraping the inside and could easily be heard from other rooms. SO I returned it and replaced for a new one. The new one came alright, but is still loud as heck! It runs into constant issues and becomes slow quickly. Its served me about 8 months before I decided I neeeeeed an upgrade.

> 24 hourI was once a MacBook user but after paying all of that money for them to break after a few years, I went with something cheaper that I can use for light use. It’s only use is for work. It is fast enough, has a solid battery, and the screen quality is nice. I’ve been using it for over a month and I’m really enjoying it.
