Bought these for my 2 year old daughter, she loves to sort, count, and shake them, how they represent an egg makes them very appealing to a 2 year old very sturdy already have been thrown around definitely would recommend

This works well for my elementary general music class. My students love them. Good weight, nice timbre, and filled with a decent amount of beads to make a nice sound.

Got these eggs for my 4 1/2 month old for his Easter basket. He loves them and can hold them.

Its a pretty good toy for younger kids but only with super vision because we had one break pretty easily, they are fun and make lots of noise though. We decorated ours and used them as props for easter. The durability was fine, they seem as though they are going last a long time. The thickness was its weak point and the eggs are pretty thin and can easily break if your not careful. Yes they make a great gift for a baby shower, easter, holidays, or just for fun. Recommended for someone who like to paint on things or make tons of loud noise!

A few days ago at my 10 month olds checkup they did the state mandated blood lead poisoning screening. I was shocked when it came back positive. I racked my brain as to how she could have been exposed to lead. When I came home I found these little metal balls in her play area. One of the shaker eggs I put in her Easter basket broke open and she must have ingested them. I used a magnet to make sure they were metal and not just gray plastic. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR CHILDREN.

I liked these they made a nice sound for the kids to enjoy.
