Great for high heat, I use for audio electrical, adhesion isnt the best but I figure that is due to the high heat this can withstand. I would recommend over normal electrical tape

I used this tape to secure my flexible wire looms that I had placed on an automobile engine. A good stickiness with this tape and it stretches well. Five stars plus !

I bought this for some wires in my engine compartment which are exposed to high heat. I was expecting a thick, insulating wrap; however, this tape is paper thin. While the tape itself may be heat resistant, there is no way it will protect the wires underneath it from heat--it is just too thin. Ill go looking for a true insulating tape and maybe use this over the top if it.

So far this tape seems to be holding up well. It sticks good but only time will tell if it holds. So far I like it better than the normal electrical tape. This is easy to rip and makes a fairly straight edge.
