> 3 dayI’m loving this! Just got it today & it works wonderful! Small & compact, but packs a punch! Makes the muscles construct fully when you put it on certain settings & the strength is amazing! I’m using it right now & so happy with this purchase so far! I got this to replace my Healthmate Forever one, which doesn’t have any options for replacement leads. This one does & it’s even got a USB port to recharge it, so no more buying batteries! Very easy to use, many settings to choose from & provides great pain relief! Highly recommend this one. Reasonable price & it comes with differing electrode pads! I was able to extend the use of my pads on my other one by using my jelly in the pads that helped them adhere to my body after the sticky had worn off. Hoping these will do the same. Don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t. BUT, if not, you can buy compatible pads and leads for this unit. I’ve got some for my old tens & they work! A+++++ Got me literally teary-eyed because the pain is so much less!!! If I have any issues with recharging or battery life, I’ll update later. So far, I’ve ran it for 1.5 hrs (30 min intervals) and the strength is still as great as when I took it out of the box. Only thing, wish it came with a hard case. No regrets with this! Loving it!!!

> 3 dayThe Auvon Dual Channel TENS is an inexpensive, easy to use muscle stimulator with several therapy options. I use this home unit to augment TENS use at my physical therapy sessions. Works as well as the units used for my PT sessions.

> 3 dayI finally ordered a tens unit after dealing with years of sciatic pain. It got so bad this time that I knew I needed to do something different. This unit comes with everything you need. I did order extra pads just to have them on hand. The unit was fully charged and holds a charge incredibly well. Maybe its me, but I cant choose submodes. I have so far only used either port A or port B on its own, but I can only choose the 1 mode. When I chose 2 I just get repeated jolts that feel like tiny needles...not exactly a good feeling. I also had to switch over to port B because port A seemed to do the same thing. I have changed the pads in case it was the connection, but that didnt seem to help. When it works, it works well. It has really helped alleviate a lot of pain. I used it 3 times throughout the first day and have been able to go down to once per day 5 days later.

> 3 dayIm going to write this review about what it is and not what Id wish it was--because my wishes arent technologically valid. You put two sticky pads on your skin, navigate a clunky interface (no going back in your choices only forward) and you start shocking yourself. The electricity interrupts the pain messages. In a world of opioid addiction and during a Covid19 pandemic, this is unbelievably helpful. Because I cant just pop into a doctors office or get a back adjustment or massage or anything that involves being in close contact with people as I write this. I have two pads on now. I hurt my shoulder and Im sitting at my desk typing. Is it bliss? No. Getting the pads right can be bothersome. If youre in horrific pain, reaching around trying to place pads may simply be impossible. And the pads can activate your muscles. Relax, gym-a-phobes, you wont get swol. Youll just twitch slightly and involuntarily. Which is not as cool as it sounds and it doesnt sound cool. Also, you have a big no-no area around your middle torso. Because at high enough juice, youll feel it in your organs. Or at least I can. And having some outside electricity tickle your heart or lungs is a super scary feeling--to me. It didnt work on my knee. I couldnt really find a place I could put them and interrupt the pain. So things like wrist pain or hand pain might be equally tricky. All these sound like complaints. But theyre not, exactly. This thing is cheap, durable, rechargable and costs about as much as 3 big bottles of your favorite NSAID and its not a drug and doesnt have all those side effects. I had been amazingly skeptical of this. Seems like snake oil, right? But it works within the limitations of the system. If you got stomach cancer or eyeball surgery or had a sex change, I seriously doubt this will help you avoid pain. But for backs, arms, shoulders, legs, neck, etc. It works. I was gimping around yesterday because I hurt my back. I put on two pads and went bike riding--VERY SLOWLY. Ive done that numerous times since Ive gotten this. Another caveat, is this is only helping you ignore pain. The pain is still there. Its not reducing swelling/inflammation. Its not curing a damn thing. Its helping you cope. For muscle pulls/sprains and even stuff like slipped/bulging/generic-old-people disk issues, its great. Your body will eventually cure itself. Hopefully. But even long term pain, its either this or get hooked on drugs. And youre still getting shocked. Its not like a warm towel gently toweling you. Its zapping. So this product is about as good as the technology allows. I fully anticipate the 3rd 4th 80th generations of this stuff to be tiny diodes that arent sticky and clunky and can be placed with pinpoint accuracy like acupuncture needles. Just some shirt or snuggie or unitard where you say, ow, my right shoulder, and youre golden. But until that future day comes this is a great product. Just consider what your needs are, what you can and cant do, and all the stuff above.

> 3 dayI was skeptical at first regarding this TENS unit but I am glad I bought. IT WORKS. I have been dealing with low back pain 2ndary to lifting/repositioning patients despite mechanical assists. Ive used shiatsu pads, lidocaine patches, etc. This actually works. I just keep resetting the minutes for longer therapy. I wished it came with more pads. I use additional e gels on the older pads for better connectivity/conduction. Its a good buy.

> 3 dayPerfect, just what I needed. Small sleek design with multiple programs and dual output. My only comment is the amount of sticky goo that is on the pads. They say to use the tips of your fingers to place and remove the pads and you can hardly get the pad off your fingers. A suggestion would be an additional gel-free pull tab on each pad for ease of use.

> 3 dayI dont typically write reviews but I felt I really needed to for this product. This unit changed my life during a flare up of back pain that kept me from even getting out of bed. I was so excited because I was using those crappy ones from walgreens with the small pads and require batteries. I am going to start with my only complaint: the wires are very long, and for my use, I have to wrap them a ton of times in order to put it in my pocket and not have a wire hanging out. Here is what I love: 1. It is usb rechargeable, and the screen will tell you when the battery is low. It does not take long to recharge either 2) it has so many choices. Each channel can have 2 different sticky pads on them at a time, allowing you 4 to place all over your back if needed. Then, there are 10 different sensations and you can change the intensity. Because there are two pads to one channel, that means you can have two of them doing one sensation at a higher intensity, and have the other at a different sensation or intensity. 3. As long as you put in the effort, these sticky pads last forever. Clean your skin with water or rubbing alcohol because it removes loose skin cells and excess oil. Then when they are off, wipe down the sticky side with water, typically finger tips is all it takes but sometimes a wash cloth, just to get off any residue. Finally its VERY important that you put the pad back onto the plastic sheet and flatten it out completely or parts of it will dry out weird and lose efficacy 4. Within just a few minutes, I am able to move around again. I know that these types of machines have been being used on guys on youtube to simulate giving birth or even just as a stupid punishment in a challenge and they freak out and say it hurts too much. Dont listen to them. When used correctly and as a tool to help, not harm, you will love it. If it does hurt you, you either need to change the settings, the location of the pad, or there is something wrong with the product itself and you should reach out to auvon, which leads me to my last note 5) Auvon has amazing customer service. You have the 12th month warranty when you get the product. But in September, a year and 9 months after I bought mine, it had dropped from my counter and onto the floor and the screen broke. I contacted their customer service directly by email, provided pictures of my unit, and the receipt of when I purchased it. Not only did they immediately agree to send me a new one, they provided me with tracking information, the package got here very quickly, and they checked in a few days later to make sure I got it. 5 stars for sure.
