This is definitely an XL size pill case. If you take a lot of large sized vitamin supplements, this could be for you. The case is sturdy and looks nice. The days of the week are clearly printed on each individual case, as well as the day/night symbols. However, they appear to just be painted on, and in my experience, over time this will wear off. Another concern I have is for the hinges of the main case. I cant tell what the material is, if its thin plastic or silicone. Its a thin flat piece that flexes when you open and close the case, not a traditional hinge. I have concerns about it wearing and splitting over time. I would not recommend this set of cases for arthritic hands, the latches are a bit hard to grasp to open.

This is a nice case for travel. The exterior case is secure. The daily cases have a lot of room and AM/PM slots. The only thing I dont like is that the daily cases have to be inserted with the opening down so you can read the days - it means you have to rotate them around to open them up. Its a minor quirk, but one I felt I should mention.

This is a relatively compact pill case but each compartment holds a LOT of pills. Each day is identified and theres a sun and moon for day & night. Im not sure if the writing will eventually wear off, but for now it looks nice. Each daily set is removable and small enough for a pocket or purse. This is great for travel. And a good price at just under $9.

I really like the design of this pill box. It holds a lot of pills -- the photo shows three large pills, and the half-filled container could easily hold 5-7 more of the same size. Plus that many again on the other side. Divided into morning and night, it makes split dosages much easier to manage. And its attractive. The translucent black case looks great sitting on the counter, and without opening it I can read the days on the individual pill holders inside. This would work really well filling all containers at the beginning of the week and then removing that days pill box so it can go with to work or be carried throughout the day. I can fill and pack only three of them for a weekend away instead of an entire long pill box case. The large holding container is divided into individual sections so that the pill boxes stay in one spot, a very thoughtful addition. It opens and closes easily with a little thumb pressure on the latch. The individual day boxes require a bit of fingernail or thumbnail action to open them. They do not easily open with only thumb pressure. This is nice from a safety standpoint -- the box is less likely to open on its own if bumped in a handbag or briefcase. On the other hand, it may prove a challenge for arthritic hands. At just under $10, I feel that this is an excellent value for anyone needing to hold a relatively large number of pills twice per day.

It is perfect for my vitamins and my kids vitamins.
