This is a neat pill organizer that has 7 individual (day) compartments inside of a nice sized plastic case/container. I really like that the individual day compartments are small enough to fit in your pocket but yet hold a large number of pills/supplements. Each compartment is labeled with day/night symbols (sun/moon) so it is easily identifiable that there are a.m. and p.m. pills with the day of the week clearly labeled too. Also these are easily opened if you have arthritis or Raynauds.

Whether home and wondering if you’ve taken your meds today or traveling and want to take that days dose with you, this is very convenient

It is perfect for my vitamins and my kids vitamins.
