Aveeno Baby Soothing Hydration Creamy Oil for Dry and Sensitive Skin, Fragrance- and Steroid-Free, 8 Fl Oz

I always have dried hands and my fingers tips are cracked and sometimes bleed due to hand washing and hand sanitizer overuse. My fingers are so chipped that the fingerprint sensor on my smartphone would not work for me. This lotion is moisturizing and it is pretty thick. My fingers get instant relief after application. My skin absorbs the lotion fast and the lotion restores moisture for the skin at my fingertips. The good thing is it isn’t too oily. It won’t leave a film of grease like other heavy lotion. The only thing I dislike is the smell. It has a very distinctive scent that doesn’t go well with my nose so it is definitely not fragrance free. I want to like this lotion, but I can’t stand the smell.

This product works well on my eczema baby with no issues

To start, I have rosacea and the medication I use for it often leaves me with intensely dry skin. My chin and nose will have large patches that just peel off because theyre so dry, and nothing Ive bought has seemed to make a dent for more than a few hours (assuming it wasnt irritating my skin in the first place). I picked this up on a whim thinking it would be nice for knees and elbows, but as soon as I felt the texture I tried it out on my face. YOU GUYS. Not only did it not irritate my super sensitive skin even a little, my dry, flakey patches have started healing! It lasts all day and absorbs well (so no makeup sliding off my face). I genuinely cant recommend this enough if you have skin like mine.

My baby son’s face becomes red and dry as he likes to go park even when the weather is cold. I tried many different lotions, but they are not moist enough. I saw many moms recommended this for winter time use, so I purchased this to see if it works. The consistency of this lotion is creamer than other brands. I apply few times a day to my baby’s face and I see the condition of his face is improved. It does not have the strong perfumed fragrance. It just has scent of the oatmeal which I do not like too much, but it goes away pretty quick. It’s great for winter time use, but will be a little bit of heavy for summer time.

It makes my baby skin soo soft

I found this in a store and randomly decided to try it. I absolutely love it as a hand cream. I have a tube in the bathroom and by the kitchen sink. I also use this on top of my different face serums and moisturizers at night if my skin is feeling extra dry. I love it and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing. My husband can use it too and he has extremely sensitive skin.

I usually use the Aveeno baby eczema formula of lotion. This lotion seems very similar, save for a few ingredients. The Aveeno Soothing Hydration Creamy Oil is not oily like the name suggests. It is a cream like other lotions and it is easy to apply. It also does not leave your skin feeling greasy. It soaks in well and does a good job hydrating. There are no added scents. The natural scent that the lotion has is mildly like oats, kind of like if youve ever used Aveenos oatmeal bath packets. Its not offensive and doesnt seem to strongly impart the smell onto the skin. This lotion has proven to be gentle for my own and my kids sensitive skin. No issues with itching, rashes, or redness from using this. Great product!
