Award Winning Hape Walk-A-Long Snail Toddler Wooden Pull Toy, L: 11.9, W: 4.4, H: 7.3 inch

We purchased this as a gift for a 1-year-old girl and were told that she loved it! The packaging was easy to wrap and it looked like a well-made, quality toy.

This is my 12 month olds favorite toy. Shes had it for a few months and still loves it. She adores trailing the snail behind her and playing with the sorter separately. I also use the shell to store her other Hape shapes. Its cute and fun!

This is my daughters favorite toy that she takes everywhere. I love that it keeps her busy on our walk so shes not picking up random objects from the floor. The string is perfect length and the toy is well made which is great because poor snail gets thrown around sometimes. The shape sorter shell doesnt get as much attention but she will play with it once in awhile. As others have mentioned, the shell comes off too easily. I wish it would be magnetic or some sort of stable attachment.

I really enjoy Hape since they make quality wooden toys. The first toy I received was damaged. It had a gouge in the snail face that must have been a quality control problem. It was replaced easily though. I didnt realize when I ordered it that the round shell part of the snail is actually a completely separate pace that just balances on the wheels. This allows it to turn when its being pulled, but it also means that it falls off of the snail pretty easily. Other than that its a great toy.

Baby likes it! That’s all that really matters!

BUT without the wheel shell. She always takes it off and ignores it.

This toy is really well made. But my daughter doesnt enjoy shape sorters or pulling the toy around . she is only 1 but she would rather be running around the house. The only complaint is that the shape sorter piece can come off of the snail while pulling it.
