This product is both easy to install, and easy to use -- we used it to secure an oven door. An issue that we have is that the loose end of the mechanism gets in the way when closing the oven door unless we hold it out of the way -- an annoyance, but only minor inconvenience.

These keep our one year old out of drawers and cabinets and the garbage. The adhesive is strong and sticky and the black doesn’t stick out as much as white. Would definitely buy again

We’ve had some CA earthquakes recently so I bought these to hold together cabinet doors that may have glass items in it. It works great. It’s very easy to install.
