> 3 dayGood solution for TV stand doors. If you have your doors opening by push, I recommend removing the mechanism before installation of the lock to improve durability.

22-11-2024Put this on my cabinet to temporarily keep my baby from getting inside. When I tried to remove it was nearly impossible and it took the finish right off the cabinet and it is unrepairable. They also do not open easily at all. Would not waste money on these I threw the rest of them away.

> 3 dayI bought this to keep my dog out of the kitchen garbage can (she had figured out how to undo the Velcro strap I was using). I’ve been using this about 6 weeks, and not a single garbage breech! It’s easy to install and use.

> 3 dayThese are a great alternative to the regular baby locks that you have to squeeze to open. These ones slide up to unlock - much easier to do with one hand. I got them mainly as a lock in our garbage can lid to keep my toddler out.

> 3 dayI LOVE these. I dont have any kids, but what I do have is a very determined German Shepherd who would get into the trash no matter what I did to deter her. I got a can with a lid, I got a can with a heavy lid and foot mechanism, I put things on top of the lid. Nothing worked. Id always come home to kitchen trash on the ground. I thought it was hopeless. Then, as I was browsing through Amazon, these popped up, and I thought Id finally found a solution to my problems. I put them on the trash trash can and also on the trash can I converted into a dog food storage container, and never once since having added these have I come home to trash on the ground. My only recommendation if you choose to use this for the same purpose, is to put the longer part of the latch on the lid, and the part that holds the strap in place when closed on the body of the trash can. I did it both ways and this way is substantially easier when it comes to closing the lid as it prevents the straps from being trapped in the trash can. I was just too excited when I applied them the first time to think ahead.

Greater than one weekThese work well and are adjustable and easy to open cabinets and drawers for adults. When adjusting the strap to install, if you accidentally lock the length before you mean to, you can reopen with a screw driver. Instructions say you cant readjust after locking into place, but I found this trick to work.

> 3 dayI was skeptical that these would be made well. But, they are not only made well, they are so very efficient and easy to use. I highly recommend these! AWESOME and the price was right!!

> 3 dayI actually thought Id hate these, but theyve so much more sturdy than the inside the drawer/cabinet locks.
