> 24 hourI got this item to entertain my toddler on a cross-country flight. It entertained her for about 20-30 minutes at a time. She especially enjoyed pushing the buttons down on the side. I think this toy would be ideal for babies 6 months to 2 years.

> 24 hourA good toy. It is especially cool that the toy has small rings that make noise when shaken. My child loves it

> 24 hourPurchased as a gift for my daughters first birthday. She loves it, and will happily fiddle with it for ages. Her 3 and a half year old brother loves it too. Great as a kids toy. Less great if you want to promote sibling harmony. Better get one for each child if you want to avoid WWIII.

> 24 hourI’m always looking for toys that will keep my young grandchildren interested and occupied with learning things. I was recently somewhere with my two-year-old grandchild and noticed her playing with a toy much like this “Octopus” Montessori toy from Dixutzi and sold by Lizardon. Pulling and pushing and spinning brought fun all around. I was surprised because I thought that the toy would have been interesting only to a younger child, but I was wrong. So, when I got home, I ordered this. The day it came was the same day that she and her parents came over for dinner. I pulled out the toy and showed it to her and she immediately plopped down and started playing with it. She enjoyed pulling the legs through from one side to the other, but he was a bit puzzled with the round “poppers” that you can push the dome part from one side to the other. At first she didn’t push hard enough to make them pop, and she didn’t think much of them. But then one time she pushed hard enough and you could see something “click” in her mind, and she pushed them hard enough each time, turning the octopus over and pushing them back again. I don’t think she spent five minutes playing with this before she was distracted to something else, but I know it’s a toy she (and my other grandchildren) will revisit. It’s sturdy and I strongly suspect that it will outlast their childhoods. Thanks!

> 24 hourI love this toy. I played with it for awhile and I can see why kids love it, too. It has a lot to do, is bright and fun, and has different textures. It would be great for travel or just to play with.
