I was gifted this laptop bag for Christmas, and it is really nicely made. I got the pink color and it is very roomy, you can fit a lot in there. Fast forward a little less than a month later and I noticed that one of the clips that attaches the strap to the bag has broken. I reached out to the company to let them know and see if I could order a replacement strap. After a couple steps like getting the order number, sending a couple of photos.... they replaced my bag. Their customer service is awesome, I highly recommend! The bag is really nice and I feel like its very well made. Only of the clips was broken so I think it was just a faulty clip. Otherwise the metal pieces are a pretty rose gold color and feel sturdy.

I love the storage capacity. It holds my laptop, wireless keyboard and mouse, laptop stand and paperwork.

Tons of pockets. Lots of space. I bought it to be able to carry not only my laptop but my laptop stand/cooling fan, and it all fits!

There is a lot of storage space for 2 laptops, mouse, phone, and more! The shoulder strap is comfortable. You can add a small padlock as well.

Stylish and comfortable with all the organizer pockets. AND its big enough for my large laptop. I tried many other bags before finding this one and it hits all the marks. Great quality. Looks beautiful. Keeps my things organized and well-protected. I love that I can unzip to expand the bag even further which is great for travel Couldnt be happier with this purchase.

I’ve only used it for a day so far but I really like it. It fit everything I needed it to fit and it’s not bulky. Cant really say anything yet on durability but it seems pretty durable.

I had been searching for a bag in which my 17.3 laptop could ride protected, that could also serve as a travel bag, something harder to find than you might think. I specifically bought it to take the laptop to be repaired and bought it for that purpose, as well as to have a good travel bag that could safely carry my smaller laptop along with the items I usually carry in my handbag. This beautiful bag fills all bills. Its very attractively styled in a diamond-quilted water-resistant fabric, and has two large compartments, one that accommodates a large 17.3 or 15.6 laptop, and another for smaller laptops or tablets, and has another dozen compartments of varying sizes for phones, pens, cosmetics, documents, whatever- 14 compartments in all. It comes with a wide, padded shoulder strap in addition to carry handles. It is a wonderful bag for the price and will become your stand up bag very quickly. Highly recommend.

I love this bag. Very professional looking and good quality. I like the multiple zippers and pockets. I use it for work (Hospice). Cons: Lint/Hair sticks to it very easily. No good place to put water bottle.
