Nice quality, padded well & extra roomy. Holds a 17.3” laptop, paperwork, notebook & sometimes breakfast. I use it as a crossbody. However when it’s heavy the strap doesn’t stay adjusted & slips a little bit but it’s still comfortable to carry.

Great Bag, I love it. I gave it 4 stars for durability because it is a cloth material. I just wish they had this style bag in a leather or faux leather

Put youre stuff in it and youre on youre way. Yup...its a bag. Holds stuff. Didnt buy for me but the person who uses it loves it and her sister requested one as well. Could be pinker. Tis a bag. Buy it.

First of all it does not hold it’s shape, quite “floppy”. The strap for attaching to luggage handle is too small and bag had a tendency to slide to the side and fall off. Lots of pockets and compartments, easy to organize your stuff, just too flimsy.

Holds everything I need for work and travel.

I was gifted this laptop bag for Christmas, and it is really nicely made. I got the pink color and it is very roomy, you can fit a lot in there. Fast forward a little less than a month later and I noticed that one of the clips that attaches the strap to the bag has broken. I reached out to the company to let them know and see if I could order a replacement strap. After a couple steps like getting the order number, sending a couple of photos.... they replaced my bag. Their customer service is awesome, I highly recommend! The bag is really nice and I feel like its very well made. Only of the clips was broken so I think it was just a faulty clip. Otherwise the metal pieces are a pretty rose gold color and feel sturdy.

I love this bag. Very professional looking and good quality. I like the multiple zippers and pockets. I use it for work (Hospice). Cons: Lint/Hair sticks to it very easily. No good place to put water bottle.

Love this bag, it has n additional zipper to open the bag wider for more items. I am able to fit a lot of work and laptop, etc. in this bag. Love it!
