> 24 hourYes - it sounds crazy - but this is better than Scrabble. My 11 and 14 year-olds arent as much into that but there is something about the letters coming out of a banana that make everyone want to play it. Its obviously portable and you cant help but smile when you see it. We had a couple of rainy days at a beach house and this made the time fly. Enjoy!

> 24 hourI am just now purchasing this game because I played for the first time on New Years. Lots of fun and the game goes quickly. Really taps into your vocabulary knowledge or lack thereof. I dont recommend it for youngsters though.....most just dont have the focus skills to sit for a period of time to work on words. My 11 year old granddaughter liked playing with us though.

> 24 hourI was recently introduced to this game and had to have it. Good to play with kids as it helps them learn more words and improve their spelling.

> 24 hourI purchased this game over a year ago as a Christmas gift for our college-aged daughter. It never left the pouch. This year we were at a family gathering for several days and someone brought it out. We couldnt stop playing and someone was always at the table with a game going. Our daughter now says that she cant wait to get home and play with her roommates. I am going to buy two more for us here at home. Great game for those of us who have no patience for the slowpokes when we play Scrabble.

> 24 hourI love to play Scrabble but sometimes I cant find anyone who wants to play. Bananagrams can be played alone or with others. There is no pressure to score a large number of points as the goal is just word formation and quick thinking. I often play alone, against myself and enjoy it just as much. I also like the fact that it comes in a small, cute zippered bag that fits easily in a purse or travel bag.
